  • Strained Yoghurt (150gr)
  • Yoghurt (50gr)
  • Labne Cheese (50gr)
  • Strawberry (4 pieces)
  • Banana (1 piece)
  • Kiwi (1 piece)
  • Blackberry (1 cup)
  • Dried Apricots (50gr)
  • Dried Figs (50gr)
  • Walnut Kernel (50gr)
  • Honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Fresh Mint (1 pinch)


  1. Mix 50 g yoghurt with half a glass of labneh.
  2. Grind 1 tablespoon of blackberries with a mixer.
  3. Then mix the remaining yoghurt and labne cheese.
  4. Take the mixture into the bowl you will use.
  5. Put your ingredients on it in order.
  6. Serve with honey.
